One of the problems with small fandoms is that you don't get a lot of variety. For example, the Pirates of the Caribbean fandom is pretty big, to the point where there is "wigshipping"--that is, shipping of people's various wigs. While it's crack, it exists and is amusing.

On the other hand, the Hogan's Heroes fandom has absolutely no Hogan's hat/Klink's deskhelmet slash despite the fact that it's pictured in the credits and is practically canon. I find this deeply unfair.

His hat always tops.

Which gives me weird images of it disappearing and then showing up on Klink's desk the next day on top of the helmet. And nobody knowing why.

Klink blames Hogan, Hogan blames Newkirk, Newkirk blames Carter, and the next night the helmet's cuddled up against the hat under Hogan's bed.

Just one question:

Why haven't either of us written this yet? Seriously.
