1. Why are you a fan of good!crack RP/fic? Which buttons does it push in your brain? [I'm not saying I don't love it too. I'm just curious as to why other people do.]
I’m a fan of putting interesting people/settings together and seeing how they interact. Quite often this means crack, such as the whole thing with Skeletor and the exotic dance club.
2. If you were offered a potion that would let you be completely one hundred percent fearless, for twenty-four hours and no longer - what would you use that one day to achieve?
I honestly have no idea. Go drive all over the city, maybe, go to nightclubs and strange places and maybe a party or two. If there was one close, I’d go to an amusement park and ride every ride there is or do some sky-diving/hang gliding. Might even hop on a motorcycle if there was someone I knew with one.
…if there was a likely subject, I might make out with someone. But there aren't too many around here.
3. Do you prefer to travel by land, sea or sky? Any reason for whatever preference you have?
I very rarely go by sea, unless you count riding in the boat. If it were a big yacht or cruiseline or something where I could actually hear people talking to me, it might be fun.
Flying is nice for short distances, but terminally boring on long distances. You can barely move, there’s not much to look at when you’re above the cloud layer, and stopping off to stretch my legs isn’t an option. However, it’s the fastest way to get where you’re going and the only way to get overseas. I deal if I have to.
Driving, while dull (and if it’s me doing it, a bit unnerving), means that I’ve got control over when we stop, where we stop, and what the music is. So while it’s slower than flying, If all times are the same for each vehicle’s trip, I choose to drive.
4. What do you own that you wouldn't put on ebay no matter how broke you were?
My laptop and my sweet, sweet internet connection. Can’t live without my fix.
5. If you could be time-teleported into the decade of your choice, at your current age and with access to all the culture and art of the rising generation in that decade - where would you want to go, and which subculture would you want to hang out in?
Um…at first thought, the seventies. A lot of protests and social turmoil to have fun with instead of this useless and jaded-all-around stuff I have to deal with. Plus things are colorful and loving and things are actually happening without 1984 creeping up on you at an alarming pace.
And I might be able to hang out with my mom in her twenties. She had a lot of interesting adventures back then.
Who wants their set of five? Also, propose a few more questions and I'll edit my post to answer them.
