So about four months ago I watched an extremely crack-filled movie involving a blue-haired woman on the run from genetically engineered sharks that can go through the plumbing, a futuristic setting with random bits of unrealistic CGI people discussing things and hanging out of their shirts (if female), and a guy with a metal leg possesed by a hawk-headed deity that appeared to be speaking from its throat instead of its mouth. All very surreal and since I only caught the last half of it, it didn't make sense at all.

I now know the name of the film.. It still doesn't make much sense.

The people in the next room are laughing maniacally. In a national laboratory, that's rather worrying.

EDIT: The new movie has made the slash in this fandom EXPLODE. We've already got beexsam and tf2007fun contains a lot of slash in both arts and fics. BeexSamxMikaela seems to be the new Megatron/Starscream but about twenty times more popular, and Barricade/Frenzy seems to be a close second. WHAT THE HECK, FANDOM, WHAT THE HECK.

Not that I'm complaining, mind you.

It is a truly dizzying amount of slash. I'm a little baffled that there hasn't been more Megatron/Starscream, but Barricade and Frenzy pretty much did get the most screentime of all the Decepticons.

And hey, at least Mikaela gets to be part of a threesome rather than a raving loony bitch who just doesn't understand her boyfriend's pure and true love for his male alien robot car and thus becomes An Obstacle.

Mikaela's part is good in that she is both sexy and badass, and actually seems to encourage the slash rather than detract from it. She seems the sort of person comfortable with her boyfriend 'working on cars'.
