Damnit!

I woke up this morning (at three pm, no less, which is extremely late for me) and for some reason my laptop keeps shutting down after I turn it on. It might have fallen during the night or something, but I'll turn it on and it'll last anywhere from seven minutes to 30 seconds before it turns itself right back off again. I don't think it even matters what I'm doing at the time.

Granted, I did have time to save my fiction piece and my Psych assignment to my flash drive on one occasion before it shut down again, but it's still pissing me off. I wants my internets without having to keep going down to the computer lab.

i don't know much about your computer, but could it be the overheating thing?
my mac did sometihng like that... which was caused by a glitch in the system that shuts down when it's way overheated....
I was terrified, until I recieved an update that fixed it...

Actually, you were quite right. Tommy and I opened it up and cleaned it out a bit and it's working fine.

Blah...I wanted to add in there that I wish 3 pm could be early for me lol. Military says nope though...except my weekends...which are one day lol. And I still got up no later than 6 am.
