Did you ever take internet discussions or arguements too seriously? I don't mean the kind of "The Internet is Serious Business" that winds up on fandom_wank because of arguements over toy ponies, I mean getting genuinely upset because someone you will never meet is mad at you (and will probably forget you in five minutes) because you personally were an asshat or just did or said something stupid? It's intensely silly, but I've felt like that sometimes. Happens a lot when I think I'm being too pushy when I want to RP with a person, or when I put up an opinion that turns out to be phrased badly. For some odd reason it makes me rather depressed when it happens.



In other news, the Alexis/Starscream bunnies are back. With swords.

"Are you going to get up or go to sleep?"

Alexis rubbed her head and got to her knees, using the wall as a support. Starscream stood over her, scowling, one hand on his hip and the other on his sword hilt.

They'd made an agreement. Alexis helped his politicking and speech-writing, and he taught her how to fight like a Decepticon. Easy enough with the new technology that allowed the both of them to interact by hooking their minds up directly to the computer. In here, they were the same size and Alexis took on the form of a Transformer. Starscream never missed an opportunity to comment on how ugly her human form was compared to the one in the training room.

"I'm up, I'm up," Alexis groaned, staggering to her feet. "I'm--" She punched in him in the face, making a simulated clang. Starscream snarled and slammed her into the wall again.

"Slagging fleshling!" Alexis began to wonder if she should have just helped Starscream with his speeches for free.

Summary:
