Conversation with my mom:

Seiber: Guess what, I got a prom date! Asked 'em to go with me just today.

Seiber's mum: That's great!

Seiber: Her name's Monica.

Seiber's mum: ...oh. That's really nice.

So now I get to take Monica to the prom, on account of she's Masquers-folk and cute like a bouncy puppy. And because she wanted a date and all the availible guys at the school are no fun. Problem being, I lost Monica's phone number at Starbucks so now I can't call her or anything.

Heh, I went stag to junior and senior proms. Though junior year I did take pics that I paid for with my best friend (who went with her then-boyfriend), and then I took pics with another friend who went stag for her pics.

I think that's still true for us, or so I've heard. Then again my mom always went with her friend John, who came out as gay a few years back and everyone else's reaction was "Wait, you didn't know?" The guy spent more time on flowers than she did.

I appear to be in that odd stage where I haven't figured out what I am, so I consider myself sexysexual. I know what's hot and don't care what pronouns the hot thing uses.

And I plan on safe clean fun, although if what I heard about same-sex couples being charged for two singles tickets instead of the couples rate is true, there will be bitching going on. Especially since she's an underclassman and I have to buy both.
