Random poem, but not mine

My mom sent me this a while back, and it cheered me up a good bit on account of I'd been feeling rather worthless and useless. It's by a Persian guy named Hafiz who lived in Persia during the 1300s, and I think it's pretty awesome.

I went up to 30mg Adirol today but it made me feel a little sick and dry-mouthed, so it's back down to try 20mg. I feel like we're throwing darts at the dartboard trying to figure the exact angle and amount of force needed to make me not be so unfocused.
