Agent Vladik, last name unknown since we haven't figured it out yet, is a psychic psychotherapist. Unlike his compatriot Sasha Nein he doesn't go around saving the world but rather turns his skills towards helping the mentally ill and psychically damaged. His hobbies include tending to his fish and nodding in a gentle, understanding fashion.
Currently Vladik is helping Boyd with his many troubles, which naturally involves entering his mental landscape and trying to make peace with the various entities in his head. Of course the problem is that Boyd doesn't have a lot of friends and winning the trust of the G-Men leads into a slightly deeper interest for them, so matters get awkward. Don't worry, Vladik is a professional. I'm sure he'll figure something out.
That is, after he figures out how to save Boyd and his mind from an invasion by unknown forces intent on using him for mind control experiments. Vladik's psychic specialty, besides psychology and shields, is ethics...and he's got a very big sore spot upon those who manipulate the minds of others. Despite the chaos ahead of them you can see Boyd's mind is very welcoming to Vladik. The housewife G-man has started to take on more individual traits such as attachment and floral patterns, and the flamingo-cameras are eager for a cuddle.
And a chip of the far calmer landscape of Vladik's mind. It's a neatly organized garden with trimmed shrubs and ponds inhabited by fish dressed as manor servants who speak in British accents. Just don't go into the hedge maze, you won't like what you find there....
