From my cynical Canadian perspective, you USians have a better health care system for anything of real importance. Also more money.

Ice cream. Waffles. Maple syrup. Red dirt as far as the eye can see, being able to walk for days on end without seeing another soul on the horizon, copper-green statues and trees with red maple leaves that are constantly on the verge of falling, a Land of the Free where everyone owns a gun, bikers with huge blonde moustaches, Bostonian accents and steel-and-chrome musclecars with angles tail fins.
